McWane Ductile - Ohio produce ductile iron pipe and fitting in Coshocton, Ohio. After more than 90 years of servicing customers, McWane Ductile - Ohio is one of the United States premiere manufactures of iron pipe and fittings in the waterworks industry. Our facility has been expanded several times, since its inception in 1910, and continues to be improved through capital expenditures. These expenditures enable us to provide pipe, fittings and specialty pipe to our customers when they need it. McWane Ductile - Ohio is looking for Business Students interested in training in the area of Sales. We are providing a broader scope description that encompasses what we do on a daily basis.
The objective of the internship is to develop a student through education on our products, our manufacturing process, competing products, sales processes, and the waterworks industry. The co-op will gain experience in a foundry environment, and will benefit from personal development of leadership competencies through training, networking and coaching. The assignment will help the applicant develop a wide range of leadership and functional competencies within the field of Sales. Post-internship opportunities may include specific sales and business functions. The applicant needs to be a self-starter, disciplined, and have excellent communication and computer skills.
