Directly supervise, coordinate, and plan production in the casting department.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in production.
Follow all process and procedures associated with the McWane Ductile - New Jersey Safety Management Program. Adhere to Company safety rules and regulations and work safely at all times.
Confer with supervisors to coordinate operations/maintenance and activities within departments.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Observe and monitor work performance and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production and quality standards.
Conduct employee training in equipment operations and work and safety procedures.
Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records.

High school diploma or general degree (GED) and 3 to 5 years of foundry environment experience.
